A delicious and easy-to-make pepperoni pizza roll filled with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz pepperoni slices (or your choice of meats/veggies)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (12×16 inches) on a floured surface.
- Layer shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and Italian seasoning on the dough, leaving 1 inch around the edges.
- Tightly roll up the dough from one end to the other, sealing it well.
- Pinch the ends shut and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cut slits on top for steam.
- Brush the top with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute pepperoni with your choice of veggies.
- Make sure to seal the dough tightly to prevent filling from leaking out.
