Description
This creamy dressing made with Greek yogurt is perfect for salads or as a dip.
Ingredients

- 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 anchovy filets (or 2 tsp anchovy paste) (diced *see notes for substitutions)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Add all dressing ingredients except for parmesan cheese to a blender/food processor and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
- Adjust salt and pepper and seasonings as necessary to taste.

- Fold in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
- Adjust salt and pepper and seasonings as necessary to taste.
Notes
- For substitutions, you can use 2 tsp of anchovy paste if anchovy filets are not available.
