Description

This creamy dressing made with Greek yogurt is perfect for salads or as a dip.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 anchovy filets (or 2 tsp anchovy paste) (diced *see notes for substitutions)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add all dressing ingredients except for parmesan cheese to a blender/food processor and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
  3. Adjust salt and pepper and seasonings as necessary to taste.
  4. Add all dressing ingredients except for parmesan cheese to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
  6. Adjust salt and pepper and seasonings as necessary to taste.

Notes

  • For substitutions, you can use 2 tsp of anchovy paste if anchovy filets are not available.
