Description

This easy peach cobbler recipe is a delicious dessert that combines the sweetness of peach pie filling with a buttery cake topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (21 oz each) peach pie filling
  • 1 box (13 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon raw coarse sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Dump the canned peach pie filling into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the dry cake mix and melted butter until well incorporated. Spoon the mixture over top of the peaches.
  4. Sprinkle the raw sugar and ground cinnamon over the top of the cake batter.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let the cobbler rest and cool for 10 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Enjoy!
