Ingredients

- 1 jar (15 oz) Mexicana Crema Sour Cream
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and smashed)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into a blender or food processor. Pulse and blend until thoroughly mixed, creamy, and smooth.
- Transfer the cilantro lime cream to a jar or airtight container.
- This can be served right away but for the best results, I highly recommend letting it refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours (or overnight) before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker cream, reduce the amount of sour cream.
- This cream pairs well with tacos and grilled meats.
