- 10 ounces roasted diced tomatoes and green chiles (such as Rotel, drained)
- 1 ounce taco seasoning (or 3 tablespoons homemade)
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning (or 3 tablespoons homemade)
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar-jack cheese
- 4 ounces green chiles
Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- This can be served right away with ruffle potato chips, but for best results, refrigerate overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more diced green chiles or jalapeños.
- This dip can also be served with vegetable sticks or tortilla chips.
