- 8 oz spaghetti (uncooked)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- optional toppings (chopped parsley or additional cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente, then drain it well and set it aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until perfectly smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the cooked spaghetti and diced green bell pepper (if using), seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the dish in your preheated oven and let it bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Once done, take the casserole out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
