Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients.

- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture while avoiding seeds.
- Sprinkle salt and garlic (if using) over the veggies.
- Gently mix all ingredients until well combined; let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes
- For a milder salsa, remove the seeds from the jalapeño or reduce the amount used.
