Description

This cheesy garlic bread is the perfect appetizer or side dish for any meal. It’s loaded with buttery garlic flavor and cheesy goodness!


Ingredients

  • 1 large French baguette or Italian loaf
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place it cut side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over each half of the bread.
  5. Generously top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden brown edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before slicing into pieces.
