A classic Chicken Caesar Salad made with grilled chicken, crisp romaine, crunchy croutons, and a creamy Caesar dressing.

- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups croutons
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Cut bread into cubes, toss with olive oil and garlic powder, and bake at 375°F for 10–15 minutes until golden.
- Chop the romaine lettuce, wash, and dry thoroughly.
- Toss the lettuce with Caesar dressing in a large bowl until coated.
- Add croutons and grated Parmesan to the salad.
- Top with sliced grilled chicken.
- Finish with extra Parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the dressing before cooking.
- Feel free to add other toppings such as avocado or cherry tomatoes.
