Description

Deliciously rich Christmas Crack brownie bars topped with the unique flavor of Christmas Crack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup melted salted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2½ cups Christmas Crack, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉ and spray a 9×9″ pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and melted butter.
  3. Whisk in the egg and vanilla.
  4. Add the flour and salt and stir until combined. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes to cool before adding Christmas Crack.
  5. Stir in chopped Christmas Crack and spread into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 20 minutes before removing. Cool completely before slicing (you can chill it in the fridge for clean slices).

Notes

  • For cleaner slices, chilling in the fridge is recommended.
  • Adjust baking time based on your oven for best results.
