Delicious cookies made with Rice Krispies and chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  4. Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal and stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
